One workspace for the documents a deal will ask you for.

A checklist scoped to your company, a place to put the evidence, and a way for your own CA or CS to review it and mark it cleared. Everything is recorded, and nothing leaves your Google Drive.

What is in the workspace

Everything marked live is running today. Everything else says so.

  • Readiness score

    Live

One number out of 10, with the gaps named and ranked. It moves as you upload.

  • India checklist, scoped

    Live

The list adapts to your turnover, structure and whether you export. You are not shown items that do not apply.

  • Documents in your own Drive

    Live

Files are written to the company's Google Drive under a permission limited to the folders this app creates.

  • Invite your own CA or CS

    Live

Send an email invite to the professional you already work with. They see only that deal.

  • Preview without download

    Live

Reviewers read PDFs, images, Word and Excel inside the workspace. There is no download route for that role.

  • Item-level questions

    Live

A query is raised against the item it concerns, with the thread kept next to it.

  • Audit log

    Live

Every document open is recorded: who, which file, and when. The company can read it.

  • Document versions

    Live

Replace a file and the earlier one stays, so a reviewer can see what changed.

  • Investor access

    In build

Read-only entry to a workspace that has already been checked, with its history.

  • Notifications

    In build

Email when a reviewer raises a query or clears an item, so nobody waits on a refresh.

  • Report export

    Planned

A single PDF covering the checklist, clearance status and the query history.

  • Compliance calendar

    Planned

Upcoming filing deadlines and renewal dates for the registrations you hold.

What it replaces

Most MSMEs run diligence on WhatsApp, email and a folder called Final_v3. That works until an investor or a bank asks, and then it costs weeks.

Without a workspace

  • Files spread across email, WhatsApp and three drives
  • Nobody can say what percentage is actually done
  • Your CA asks again for documents you already sent
  • Gaps surface during diligence instead of before it
  • No record of who opened which document, or when

With DiligenceReady

  • One list, scoped to your turnover and structure
  • A score out of 10 that moves as you upload
  • Your own CA or CS reviewing inside the workspace
  • Questions attached to the item, not lost in a chat
  • A record of every document open, kept for you

Security

Your documents stay yours. Here is exactly what happens to them.

Balance sheets, ITRs and shareholder agreements are not files you hand over casually. So this is stated plainly rather than buried in a policy page.

Stored in your own Google Drive

When you connect Drive, we ask for a permission that reaches only the folders this app creates. We cannot open, list or search anything else in your account, and we do not keep a copy of your files on our servers. Disconnect and the documents stay with you.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Everything moves over TLS. Files sit encrypted at rest in Google Drive. Application data is hosted in India, in the Mumbai region, and does not leave it.

Nobody sees a document unless you invite them

There is no shared pool and no default access. A reviewer sees only the deal you invited them to, and nothing from any other company. We do not open your documents, and we do not share them with anyone.

Reviewers read, they do not download

An invited CA or CS views the document inside the workspace. There is no download route for that role. Every time a document is opened, who opened it and when is written to an audit trail you can read.

  1. Your Google Drive

The file is written to a folder this app creates in your own account. We keep no copy.

  2. Read in the workspace

Your CA opens it beside the checklist item it answers. There is no download for that role.

  3. Written to the audit trail

Who opened which document, and when. The record is yours to read.

Not a step. There is no route that hands a copy of your evidence to anyone.
